The DC double acting hydraulic power pack is a compact and versatile unit designed to deliver hydraulic power to double-acting cylinders. Known for its ease of use, portability, and reliability, these power packs are ideal for various applications and suitable for all double-acting operations with horizontal mounting.
Flowfit DC double acting hydraulic power packs includes:
- 2.1CC/rev Gear Pump, Max flow 5 l/min
- DC Electric Motor c/w Relay and Plastic Motor Cover.
- Steel Tank with drain plug
- Suction strainer
- Return Oil Conveyor
- Filler Breather
- Relief valve set at 160 bar but adjustable from 40-200 bar as standard
- Adjustable flow control for cylinder decent control
- Let down valve, relief and P line check
- Port Size 3/8" BSP
For proper operation, the Flowfit double acting power pack requires a high-capacity battery and a suitable in-line fuse.
The motor is designed for intermittent use (S3), which means it operates in cycles of 10 minutes. Each cycle includes a period of on-load operation (td) where the motor reaches its maximum permitted temperature, followed by an off-load period (tm), which is not long enough for the motor to return to ambient temperature.
The S3 rating for this motor is 7%, allowing for 42 seconds of on-load operation within each 10-minute cycle.

All orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on a Friday, are processed and despatched on the same business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 Days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Collection – All customers are welcome to have their order collected by another courier of their choosing, or come to our depot in Ludlow, Shropshire to collect their order in person. We kindly ask that customers advise us in advance that they’re planning to collect their order so that we can make sure the order is complete before being collected.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES & ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will depend on weight and country the order is to be shipped to. All cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders for delivery within the EU will arrive on a 2-5 delivery service depending on Country location. All shipments outside the EU will arrive on a 3–7-day delivery service depending on Country location. Please check for accurate delivery times with our Sales department. If you Parcel has not arrived within the time expected please do not hesitate to contact us. Please ensure the ship to address you type during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
