Female x Female x Male Tees

Female x Female x Male Tees are specialized hydraulic fittings designed with two female threaded ends and one male threaded end, arranged in a tee configuration.

Female Tee: A female tee features an inlet and two outlets, with one outlet typically having male threading for linking to other pipes or fittings. This tee fitting is frequently employed in situations requiring connections to accessories or additional pipes.

Equal vs Reducing Tee Adaptors

  • Tee fittings are typically categorized as either equal or reducing.
  • Equal tee fittings have openings of the same diameter, making all three openings the same size.
  • Reducing tee fittings have openings of varying sizes.
  • In reducing tee fittings, the central inlet has a larger diameter compared to the two side outlets.
  • These fittings are utilized to redirect the flow of water or fluid from a larger pipe to two smaller pipes.
