Crimper Die Sets

Flowfit crimper die sets are designed to be used on the FF, FFH & FFS range of hydraulic hose crimpers.

Each size denotes the minimum crimp diameter setting available with the maximum crimp diameter achievable until the next die set size is reached.

Selection of the correct die size

1. Identify the target crimping diameter of your hose assembly by referring to your own hose and fitting crimp chart.

2. Select the die set with a diameter immediately smaller or equal to the target crimp diameter.

e.g. With a recommended target crimp at 33.4mm you would select set of dies N°33 and then adjust the setting vernier accordingly.
