Terms & Conditions

Returned orders will only be accepted with prior written/emailed agreement from a Harrier Fluid Power Ltd T/A Flowfit member of staff and with a valid returns note number.
There will be a 25% re-stocking charge to cover the handling of every returned order.
Orders must be returned within 10 working days of invoice.
Orders have to be returned in a resaleable condition.
Returned orders are only valid for website listed and catalogue listed parts.
Returned orders for hydraulic hose and hose assemblies, hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic powerunits assembled and built to order will be non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Returned orders for non-website and non-catalogue items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Any orders returned without a Harrier Fluid Power return number, are beyond the 10 day invoice cut-off date or are a non-catalogue/website item will be sent back to the sender or destroyed.
