Please note all Hand pumps are not designed to load hold or hold pressure for extended period of time unless supplied with PO check valves, See technical PDF.
All hand pumps with PO checks built in must have a minimum of 50 bar load pressure to enable them to seat correctly. Any applications where load or pressure holding is required please contact our Technical sales team for more information/advice.
It is advisable when choosing a pump that it requires no more effort than 25 daN, you will of course need to know the max working pressure for your application. The graph showing the effort required using a 600mm lever, you could decrease the effort involved by using a longer lever to help with this, should you require a higher displacement working at higher pressures. Our Hand pumps can produce the stated pressure, it is just that the effort required increases, the line across the effort graph is just the optimum advised load on the lever.
